About Role
The Onboarding Support Specialist’s primary role is to support the company’s outreach initiative to customers to provide onboarding support.
1- Administrative Assistant
Full Time
Tucson, Arizona, USA
Job Responsibilities
A- Represent our organization by providing onboarding support and orientation for our customers.
B- Provide virtual (webinar) training to educators and License Coordinators on how to manage their account.
C- Assist in the manual enrollment of teachers in the user account system.
D- Track and document account interactions and follow up with customers as appropriate.
E- Discern and communicate overall status of onboarding status to their manager.
Job Requirements
A- Preferred: Associates Degree or equivalent years of experience in onboarding customers in an education technology environment.
B-At least 1 year of customer facing support experience.
C- Excel experience manipulating data files.
