About Role
As a Warehouse Manager, you’ll contribute to the success of a warehouse or manufacturing location for PepsiCo by coordinating the receiving, shipping, and material handling responsibilities in the warehouse. You’ll design and develop product movement and storage systems, improve operations, and support the front line staff. Responsibilities include cost efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service, and safety for an entire business unit across all shifts. You’ll be responsible for managing numerous shifts in either a union or non-union environment and developing a team of supervisors.

Job Responsibilities
A- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and aligning with legal regulations.
B- Maintain quality standards of finished product.
C- Ensures smooth delivery of product for the Sales organization.
D- Achieves operational objectives by contributing warehouse operations information and recommendations to strategic plans.
E- Reviews and prepares any action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.
Job Requirements
A- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field.
B- Your continuous improvement experience (i.e. Lean Six Sigma certification, TPM, lean manufacturing, etc), as demonstrated by successful completion of a major improvement project.
C- Five years of operations/logistics or supply chain experience preferred with two or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
D- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
