Job Responsibilities
A- Validate purchasing requirements.
B- Issue purchasing orders.
C- Delivery Assurance (expedites, pull in, push out and cancel).
D- Resolve Invoice discrepancies.
E- Evaluate and analyze supplier quotations and services to determine most desirable supplier.
Job Requirements
A- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
B- Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
C- The candidate must possess the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and priorities in a remote environment.
