About Role
This position drives activities to deliver Operations business unit results, while simultaneously improving Operations performance across multiple manufacturing lines and products, specifically this role is responsible for managing all night shift Production lines as a dotted line manager to all 2nd/3rd shift salaried Production/Maintenance Supervisors delivering.

Job Responsibilities
A- Assist the Operations strategy and tactics development / execution to deliver the site’s annual operating plan (AOP). Ensure root cause analysis and countermeasures are identified, necessary resource assistance is secured and clear follow up accountability is assigned for closing performance gaps.
B- Deliver all Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Motivation Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics for the site.
C- Ensure effective integration of Continuous Improvement leveraging TPM Pillars and technican support (internal and external) to promote best practice reapplication (gives & gets) to accelerate People/Process/Technology capability development.
D- Ensure effective integration of Continuous Improvement leveraging TPM Pillars and technican support (internal and external) to promote best practice reapplication (gives & gets) to accelerate People/Process/Technology capability development.
E- Reviews and prepares any action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.Lead and motivate the Operations teams in a manner consistent with the Indianapolis site Vision/Mission/Values, Zero Loss Journey (ZLJ) and Employee Handbook.
Job Requirements
A- Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language and perform
basic mathematical skills.
B- Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
C- 5+ year’s site manufacturing experience – Beverage/Foods manufacturing or Consumer Products Sector (Household & Personal Products Industry) experience is strongly preferred.
D- The successful candidate must possess strong skills, knowledge and capability in: TPM or Lean Manufacturing equivalent, Finance and Accounting, Project Management, Human Relations, Savvy Communications, and Statistics/Logical Problem Solving.
