About Role
The Talent Engagement Team’s primary purpose at Meta is to package, present, execute and track partner programs (such as paid marketing opportunities) across the company.

Job Responsibilities
A- Field & prioritize reactive inbound requests and talent booking opportunities for marketing, communications and product initiatives.
B- Serve as a strategic advisor to marketing, product & media teams on talent industry needs.
C- Work with a team of Program Managers in an ambiguous environment, matching strengths to business needs & advocating for resources that make our partner work more efficient.
D- Proactively pitch long-term partner opportunities that drive value for our talent partners and Meta’s business.
Job Requirements
A- Proactively pitch long-term partner opportunities that drive value for our talent partners and Meta’s business.
B- Experience working with attorneys to complete agreements.
C- Experience in a start-up, technology or talent organization.
