Salary: 18 USD – 19 USD/Hour
Job Responsibilities
A- Perform final production inspection as needed to support the shipment schedule.
B- Perform detailed inspection via Inspection Vision machine of items and create reports of inspected dimensions for further analysis.
C- Inspect and qualify Spira’s products and source materials to ensure high quality and adherence to ISO & other standards via various testing procedures such as: Compression, Vacuum, Transfer Impedance, Salt-Fog, Tensile, etc.
D- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections as assigned by TL, supervisor, or as needed to support customers.
E- Ensure the creation of FAI reports is done in a timely manner to support shipping requirements.
F- Perform the calibration of tools /tooling as needed and keep track of records in coordination with TL.
Jobs Requirements
A- Quality control, Laboratory, Qc, Inspection, Production, calibration, Visual inspection, manufacturing environment.
B- Assist with printed P.O.’s, make sure that correct Mil Spec references are listed, and that any drawings needed are attached.
C- Evaluate any problem areas via quality audits and make recommendations in coordination with TL about how to correct the problem to management. Upon management approval, implement changes.
D- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections as assigned by TL, supervisor, or as needed to support customers.
E- Act as a back-up for the TL for the Sales Order review process.
F- Assist as needed on reviewing blueprints for accuracy and adjust drawings for manufacturing.
