About Role
PepsiCo is seeking a graduate student for a co-op program between the PepsiCo Health & Nutrition Sciencesteam and the Division of Nutritional Sciences at the University of Illinois at Urban-Champaign.

Job Responsibilities
A- This program will provide the opportunity for students to engage with leading industry scientists and gain hands-on work experience at a leading food and beverage manufacturer.
B- The Health & Nutrition Sciences team at PepsiCo conducts scientific research, translates nutrition science for consumers and health professionals, and leads internal nutrition education efforts.
C- Write an internal to PepsiCo scientific white paper on a nutrition science topic of interest to the juice and/or grains businesses.
D- Follow DOT Regulations (if applicable).
Job Requirements
A- Graduate student (M.S. or Ph.D.) currently enrolled in the UIUC DNS program; 2nd year or higher.
B- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
C- Ability to work independently with a high degree of professionalism.
D- Proficiency with Microsoft office suite.
