POSITIONS: Receptionist
Contract Type: Full-Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

ROLE-

The first point of contact for the company, greeting and welcoming customers in a professional manner. Assisting customers and guiding them to the concerned person or department.

Job Responsibility-

A- Efficiently greeting and guiding customers as soon as they arrive at the office in a professional manner.
B- Keeping detailed and accurate records of visitor requests.
C- Assisting customers and guiding them to the concerned person or department.
D- Maintain all reception and common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.

Job Requirements-

A- High School or Diploma with previous customer service.
B- Experience of at least 2-3 years.
C- Good communication skills.
D- Time management and organization skills.
E- Proficiency in MS Office.
