About Role
PepsiCo is seeking a R&D Region Associate Analyst. You have to support Dips / Salsa FLNA Region product development team of 5-6 Engineers and scientists in developing new products and processes on short time lines. Including consumer tests, laboratory work, process lab test runs and some full scale runs in manufacturing. Lead overall coordination and scheduling of all Dips lab operations including closely collaborating with and coach jr. colleague.

Job Responsibilities
A- Maintain wet lab according to AIB, Regulatory, and internal PEP standards including all Safety requirements.
B- Maintain individual Certifications and Trainings on thermal processing with internal & external training and software management and analysis and ensure others are following established practices.
C- Independently lead and participate in quality/product improvement and productivity initiatives including leading alternate supplier ingredient qualifications.
D- Supports aligned Global (non-core team) initiatives seamlessly without losing momentum behind core projects.
Job Requirements
A- B.S in Science related field OR Equivalent industry experience 5-7+ years with food/beverage product and/or process development.
B- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with multiple clients, work across different styles, and influence colleagues as well as higher level teammates.
C- Requirements include a proven track record of delivering consistent high quality work output, strong project management skills, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced and consumer driven environment.
D- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and assume leadership roles in times of uncertainty or low activity.
