About Role
We are seeking for our Authentication Technology team an experienced senior level Lead Product Manager responsible for defining and executing on our long-term AI strategy for our physical warehouses that authenticate collectibles and luxury goods. This Lead Product Manager will look for opportunities to introduce AI into the physical authentication process to improve accuracy and consistency as well as partner with other teams inside ebay to bring new capabilities to our customers leveraging AI alongside our warehouses processes and expertise.
The Lead Product Manager will work closely with all partners across the business within a fast moving, goal-oriented culture: business partners, customers, peer product managers, researchers, development teams, designers and other functions, to meet product goals and improve the customer and warehouse associate experience.

Job Responsibilities
A- Develop, maintain and execute against a Media (Images, Video, 3D) Product Roadmap.
B- Responsible for the planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including capturing and prioritizing customer requirements, defining the vision and ensure delivery of high quality features on time to achieve defined customer satisfaction goals.
C- Evaluate hardware vendors such as photography automation and work with operations to integrate with physical processes.
D- Partner closely with analytics and warehouse teams to ensure proper measurement instrumentation, monitoring, and iteration post launch.
E- Evaluate and partner with 3rd party technology providers to augment or supplement your team or capabilities.
Job Requirements
A- Excellent leadership and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
B- Technical savvy to be a strong collaborator with developers, understanding their technical capabilities and constraints.
C- Deep connection to who eBay users are, their needs and issues across their customer journey.
D- Proven growth mindset. Ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo.
E- 7+ years in product management with at least 3 years in Agile environment.
