About Role
Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RI&S) seeks an experienced Operations/Program Management/Supply Chain professional to support the Supplier Performance Management (SPM) team, reporting to the Director of Supplier Performance Management. This position requires diverse operations, supply chain, and data analysis background.

Job Responsibilities
A- Skills and abilities concerning data mining, data analytics, streamlining of processes and data correction/data integrity.
B- Assures flawless execution and drives affordability from our supply base.
C- Oversight and performance improvement concerning center-led suppliers. Including data analysis and root cause/corrective action.
D- Ensure program material is delivered on time per schedule/MRP requirements, including material acceleration to support program and customer requirements.
Job Requirements
A- Minimum 10 years of Operations/Program Management/Supply Chain or related experience.
B- Demonstrated experience developing suppliers and working with suppliers to improve performance and affordability.
C- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
D- Proficiency in tools and systems including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
