About Role
CSR’s will be taking incoming calls from patients to schedule flu and covid vaccines. They can expect to take 40-60 calls a day during peak season.

Salary: 16 USD – 16.5 USD/Hour
Job Responsibilities
A- Acts as first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries and service requests received through email, phone, and web portal channels.
B- Works as part of a team of Customer Service Agents and Specialists to support one or more of the service delivery teams (e.g. Supply Chain, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Human Resources, and Revenue Cycle).
C- Over time, participates in training in order to support additional process areas in responding to customer inquiries and service requests.
Job Requirement
A- Skill: customer service, Call center, Health care.
B- Experience in call center or equivalent customer service setting as typically acquired in 1+ years of call center experience, preferably in a service delivery environment strongly desired.
C- Ability to asses problems and resolve or escalate to appropriate team to resolve.
D- Ability to recognize the appropriate style, level of detail, and message for the audience.
E- Experience Level: Entry Level.
