1- Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities
A- Receive all emergency calls both local, and National losses.
B- Creates and maintains project information within database on each new project to ensure information is correct.
C- Auditing of open jobs to include: a. Verifying daily updates b. Maintaining spreadsheet c. Emailing when an update has not been sent for 24 hours d. Proofreading daily updates.
D- Assisting Project managers with billing and communications as necessary.
Job Requirements
A- Responsible for coordinating First Responder Network activities including set up of new jobs in operating system.
B- Works with Management and department heads to coordinate activities with Company-wide goals and objectives. Ensures that clients are promptly, courteously, and professionally served and their questions and problems effectively resolved.
C- Oversees technical support services and ensures the initial First Responder process flows in a timely, professional manner. Ensures that professional relations exist with internal and external contacts.
D- Skills: dispatch, job assignment, work orders, customer service.
