POSITIONS: Parts Sales Representative
Contract Type: Full-Time

Role-

Responsible for selling Spare Parts and Accessories to wholesale Parts customers.

Job Responsibility-

A- Managing and achieving Parts sales targets according to plan & Developing Parts sales volumes in his designated area.
B- Receive customer inquiries. Assist wholesale account customers in selecting required Parts or Accessories in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Advise the customers on the benefits of using genuine Parts. 
C- Ensure that the quotations, sales orders, and application of customer discounts or special prices are performed as per the standard operating procedures.
D- Follow up on Parts back-orders so that customers receive timely information on the status of back-ordered Parts and ensure that such parts are delivered to the customer on the promised date.
E- Warehouse Management & Operations, need to check the consignment accuracy with all the related documents before shipment, as Per Process & Compliance Per Al Futtaim Values.

Job Requirements-

A- Minimum 5 – 7 years of work experience in automotive or equipment spare parts especially Heavy Commercial Vehicles, industrial products & Construction equipment.
B- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
C- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office products. Ability and knowledge of the parts portion of the Dealership Management System and other computer applications to support operations.
D- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline or equivalent.
E- Relationship building: Needs to have the ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customers.
