POSITIONS: Secretary
Contract Type: Full-Time

ROLE-

We are looking for a Secretary with exceptional administrative and clerical skills to join our Spare Parts Department and is expected to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Secretary Job in Abu Dhabi | Al Saqer Careers UAE 2023.

Job Responsibility–

To ensure success, Secretaries should be organized, have superb organizational skills and must be exceptional communicators with a keen interest in providing reliable and accurate support to Spare Parts team and management while working with confidential information.

Job Requirements–

A- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
B- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
C- Experience in arranging business trips ( ticket and hotel booking).
D- Logistics and accounting experience will be added as advantage.
E- Strong knowledge of databases and tracking systems.
