Job Responsibilities
A- Assist the Global Crisis Strategy lead in representing MCAPS across all crisis response forums.
B- Execute and implement Microsoft’s Crisis Response framework and assist in customer engagement and support during crisis events.
C- Guide and assist Area leadership on emerging security issues and thought leadership, assist in global coordinated response efforts, enhance partnership and collaboration between Area & subsidiary teams to better support and drive crisis response execution.
Job Requirements
A- Bachelor’s Degree AND 6+ years’ experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
B- 3+ years’ experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
D- Bachelor’s Degree AND 10+ years’ experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
