About Role
The Audible Customer Experience team is looking for a leader for our communications channels strategy. This person will own the team’s strategy across email, push, and SMS, aligning it with our topline, long-term corporate objectives.

Job Responsibilities
A- Own channel marketing strategy, aligning it with topline corporate objectives.
B- Determine the relative priority of campaigns across all internal users (Acquisition, Engagement, Retention, etc.) to support the strategy.
C- Develop and implement system for measuring the holistic effectiveness of all campaigns and programs, facilitating apples-to-apples comparisons across campaigns and programs with varying short- and long-term objectives.
D- Optimize targeting for our customers, so that each one receives the right amount of communication via the right channels with the right messaging.
Job Requirements
A- 10+ years’ experience in channel marketing/CRM.
B- Experience managing marketing programs across multiple channels.
C- Experience managing and optimizing segmentation at scale.
D- Experience assessing the holistic value of activities that have multiple impacts.
E- Proficient in MS Office, with demonstrated ability to pick up new/proprietary tools.
