POSITIONS: Enterprise Services Senior Manager
Contract Type: Full-Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Purpose
Oversees the management and maintenance for all enterprise solutions across ENOC. Oversees the development, integration, assurance, and support of all in-house and third party solutions.
Job Responsibility
A- Ensure that all aspects of application development, integration, assurance and support follow the necessary standards and policies at ENOC.
B- Ensure the timely provision of data and reports to the IT Service Delivery Head and recommend strategic improvements in order to support in planning, decision making and continuous improvement of enterprise solutions and services.
C- Oversee the management and maintenance for all enterprise solutions and lead the application development through the application development lifecycle.
D- Oversee the reviews and approvals of the functional and technical specifications.
E- Ensures adherence to development, PMO and IT service management standards.
Job Requirements
A- Degree: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business field or equivalent.
B- Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems is preferable.
C- Required professional certifications: Industry certification in enterprise applications (e.g. MCSD, RHCEAD, Oracle, Java, etc) and project management (e.g. PRINCE II, PMP, etc).
D- 13+ years of Information Technology experience.
E- Working experience in multiple industries (e.g. Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Retail, Government…) is preferable.
