About Role
Amazon Games San Diego is looking for a talented and driven Senior Game Producer that will maintain and uphold the game play and art vision for the game. This person will partner with designers, artists and engineers to build highly entertaining game content.
1- UX Research Manager

Job Responsibilities
A- Help manage a team of game developers to create game content ranging from new characters to explosive weapons to expansive worlds using common and, sometimes, innovative development processes.
B- Fulfill the role of producer and project manager for your team using task management software and scheduling techniques that are a blend of agile development methods and common game content development methods.
C- Partner with other producers and team leads to maximize the productivity of the game content team and to explore new opportunities in process and workflows.
Job Requirements
A- 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
B- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
C- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
D- 3+ years of experience with modern game engines and asset integration pipelines.
