Job Responsibilities
A- Provides project coordination and support on assigned projects. Participates in meetings with clients and task members and identifies additional follow up needs.
B- Provide general administrative support including monitoring calendar, setting up meetings, making travel and/or meeting arrangements, entering time and filing expense reports.
C- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
A- 5+ years of PCO Experience.
B- Enterprise Experience.
C- Experience with MS Project, Clarity, Excel, PowerPoint .
D- Ability to create solid meeting minutes.
E- SDLC understanding.
F- Strong competence within Financials & Project Planning.
G- Assists PM in preparation and maintenance of project documentation and reporting (artifacts like Charter etc.), Assists PM in project monitoring and control activities.
H- Understand PM concepts related to cost, schedule, risk, and issue tracking, status reporting.
