POSITIONS: Service Advisor
Contract Type: Full-Time

Role-

We are currently looking for competent & performance-driven Service Advisors to work with to join our Toyota & Lexus teams in Sharjah & Dubai.  Service Advisors are the first contact for customers in the Workshop, they are the image builder for the Service Department and present a picture of faith and confidence.

Job Responsibility-

A- Ask Questions and record customer requests without delay.
B- Collect accurate symptoms of complaints from the customer for quick resolutions at the workshop.
C- Empathize and clarify customer requests.
D- Check the workshop situation and promise delivery time.
E- Inform customer after work completion and agree to pick up time.

Job Requirements-

A- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
B- Technical knowledge provides up-to-date technical information in response to customer inquiries.
C- Excellent customer service, willing to go the extra mile.
D- Diploma or Degree in Technical school / Certificate/ Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
E- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in the automotive industry or a similar role.
