About Role
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role serves as the first impression of Citi’s customer experiences. CSRs provide service support to the cardholder and non-cardholder population. They are responsible for identifying customer’s needs, resolving questions or concerns, troubleshooting minor technical issues, and providing first-hand product information.

Job Responsibilities
A- Respond to inbound service calls from government and corporate cardholders.
B- Perform necessary account maintenance to fulfill customer requests.
C- Communicate account status, procedures and other information as needed to respond to cardholder inquiries.
Job Requirements
A- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); (Minimum of 1-year Financial Institution or Call Center experience preferred).
B- Attention to detail – ensuring accuracy and completeness of information relayed to cardholders.
C– Customer Service experience is a plus.
D- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers.
