1- Shipping And Receiving Clerk
Full Time
San Fernando, California, United States
Salary: 18 USD – 20 USD/Hour
Job Responsibilities
A- Ensure that required certifications are received
B- Verify that incoming boxes are not damaged Count parts to Verify shipping quantity Box up all outgoing products each day Ship via UPS Online, DHL, Fed-ex .
C- Insure all paperwork is correct before shipping parts Verify computer system is correct and updated for all daily shipments including boxes, addresses, tracking numbers, and freight companies.
D- Track “firm” shipments and ensure they are shipped on correct days Keep shipping and receiving areas clean and organized
Jobs Requirements
A- Inventory, Shipping and receiving, Kitting, Pick, Inventory control, Picking, Order select, Packaging, Packing, Material handling, Forklift, Data entry, Logistics, Pallet jack, Fedex, Loading, Shipping & receiving.
B- Verify shipping procedures and policies are followed per Spira’s quality manual.
C- Box up all outgoing products each day.
D- Ship via UPS Online, Fed-Ex, etc.
E- Arrange for pick-up with appropriate freight companies.
F- Track “firm” shipments and ensure they are shipped on correct days.
