About Role
The Sourcing and Procurement Analyst within the WellMed Supply Chain team is responsible for managing organization-wide purchasing of services, materials and supplies in order to maximize cost efficiencies, leveraging pricing and ensuring quality while also identifying and mitigating supply-related risk for the organization.

Job Responsibilities
A- Assists in the oversight and development of supply chain strategies designed to maximize operational efficiencies and cost effectiveness.
B- Provides pre-sales/order submission consulting and customer assistance as required.
C- Analyzes and investigates purchasing data related to customer demands, and assists customers with understanding supply chain specific data to include, but not limited to, demand forecasts and budgetary compliance, cost saving and avoidance opportunities, procure-to-pay (P2P) system use and procurement operations and performance management .
D- Assists in the management, development, and governance of sourcing and procurement policies and procedures as well as assisting with the development and implementation of corrective action plans .
Job Requirements
A- Undergraduate degree in a related field or 3+ years of additional experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
B- 4+ years of experience in supply chain management, inclusive of developing and/or maintaining category management and sourcing strategies in cross-functional team setting.
C- High impact individual with demonstrated ability to succeed in a high demand multi-tasking environment.
D- Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate through ambiguous situations using facts, alternatives identification, open-mindedness, thought-through strategy, and superior leadership.
