Job Responsibilities
A- Supporting the AWS Partner Network by hiring Solutions Architects or Partner Development professionals.
B- Creating strategies (staffing plans, events strategies, sourcing strategies).
C- Building relationships with candidates, providing them a world-class candidate experience, and helping them land in the right role at Amazon.
D- Keeping your finger on the pulse of the industry and advising the business and recruiting team on when and whom we should be recruiting and why.
Job Requirements
A- 4+ years of agency, technical, or go to market recruiting experience.
B- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
C- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
D- CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
