About Role
Expediting orders that are either late or are needed earlier due to schedule changes. Work with the vendors to alleviate chronic delivery or quality problems through both written and verbal communications.

Job Responsibilities
A- Plan and monitor $7MM of WIP inventory to ensure production schedules are met.
B- Manage heat treatment raw material commodities to ensure production schedules are met.
C- Daily monitoring of bulk ingredient shipments and storage.
D- Act as liaison between the plant and the vendor to coordinate any returns of rejected material to the vendors.
Job Requirements
A- Indicate the minimum education and why it is required.
B- High School Diploma or GED required. General business knowledge of 2-5 years with an emphasis on purchasing functions such as vendor relations, purchase order preparation and invoicing.
C- Bachelor’s Degree in Production & Operations Management, Finance or General Business preferred.
D- Excellent written and oral communication skills are mandatory.
