POSITIONS: BIM Specialist
Contract Type: Full-Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

ROLE-

The purpose of this role is to ensure that the project is carried through in alignment with the Vision for the project from Feasibility to construction Completion.

Job Responsibility-

A- Extensive experience in BIM from LOD 300 up to LOD 500.
B- Prepare Construction Operations Building Information Exchange (COBie) parameters, Asset Code and IFC models.
C- Review models with the Project team leaders and engineers in order to highlight if any design issues.
D- Participate in coordination meetings with BIM Manager / Project Teams and provide technical expertise to project team members.

Job Requirements-

A- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
B- Years of Experience: Min: 7 Max: 15.
C- Deep Knowledge in trade of Infrastructure especially in MEP wet and dry services.
D- Proficient in the use of Civil 3D, Revit and Navisworks/Navigator & other related BIM software with 4D Simulation.
E- Knowledge of latest trends in engineering related to Infra discipline.
