Job Responsibilities
A- Supports organization Managing Director including things such as scheduling appointments/meetings, managing Outlook calendar, creating reports and handling confidential information.
B- Supports organization leaders by performing a variety of advanced administrative activities which may include but not limited to scheduling, payroll, accounts payable, report preparation and wellness administration associated with office and personnel functions in a Station Operations office.
C- Assists in the development and maintenance of advance work schedules for station operation functions utilizing computer generated volume data and staffing guidelines.
Job Requirements
A- High School Diploma, GED or education equivalent.
B- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role.
C- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office primarily Excel, Access, Outlook (email & calendar), PowerPoint, Word and Teams or other teleconferencing software.
D- Strong and positive verbal and written communication skills.
