Job Responsibilities
A- You will lead geographically distributed large engineering teams to drive our SSE (SWG, DLP, CASB) services offering.
B- Partner with multi-functional core stakeholders within both engineering, product management and field teams to lead the technology direction and facilitate key technical decision points.
C- Collaborate with multiple engineering groups within Cisco to drive E2E solutions and enable leveraging of technologies.
D- Work closely with Products leads to drive product and technology strategy.
Job Requirements
A- Strong track record of leadership in technology strategy, managing large organizations (100+ engineers) delivering and operating widely deployed SaaS products.
B- Track record of delivering products through one of the main Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure or GCP.
C- Experience in leading and collaborating with teams across time zones.
D- Background in driving agile and lean practices, DevOps culture and iterative customer feedback based development.
