Job Responsibilities
A- Provide technical engineering and support for client, server and network hardware. Deliver technical support and administration of packaged applications and software.
B- Perform operational support such as Help Desk, datacenter and desktop support, technical security support, and oversee technical vendor relationships.
C- Optimize the capability of the IT infrastructure and services to deliver cost effective and sustained level of application availability. Develop complex tools and processes in the support of continuity management.
Job Requirements
A- Applicant must have a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Science or Information Technology.
B- (1) year of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
C- Configuration management tools and concepts.
