Job Responsibilities
A- Candidate will possess high level customer service skills and be able to interact with our customers face to face.
B- Candidate will work with our call tracking system and be responsible for updating call records and providing timely updates to the asset management team.
C- Candidate will provide desk side assistance to our users for various hardware and software support cases.
Job Requirements
A- Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic, positive, professional image and high level of accuracy with attention to detail.
B- Proficiency in the use of personal computers including such programs as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Apple and Windows.
C- 1+ Years of experience in IT or technical related field.
D- Must be self-motivated, and both detail and process oriented.
