About Role
Responsible to establish, document, maintenance of document, and provide regulatory oversight of AQP policy, processes, and data as they pertain to pilot training under United’s Advanced Qualification Program

Job Responsibilities
A- Documents, maintains, and provides regulatory oversight of pilot AQP policy, processes, and documentation.
B- Ensures all pilot AQP training (curriculum and courseware) content complies with the FAA approved AQP document.
C- Leads the collection, auditing, analysis, and reporting of pilot proficiency performance data for both internal and external customers.
D- Provides technical input for development of computer systems used for collection, analysis, and reporting of pilot proficiency performance data.
E- Coordinates AQP policy issues with stakeholders in the Flight Training organization.
Job Requirements
A- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
B- Minimum of three years’ experience in air carrier training programs.
C- In-depth knowledge of air carrier training programs and associated FAA regulations required.
D- Knowledge of database administration required.
