Job Responsibilities
A- You will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance big data analytical solutions and interfaces. You will build products that enable thousands of data scientists and engineers across Uber to discover and analyze data.
B- As a Software Engineer, you will also design user-facing experiences (UI) for Data Science and Analytical users.
C- With full stack engineering expertise, you will manage long vs short-term engineering priorities by architecture, tools selection and deliverables.
Job Requirements
A- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
B- Strong experience in backend coding using languages (eg. C/C++, Java, Python, Go, C#, or Javascript).
C- At least 5+ years of software engineering experience in designing and building data products.
D- A strong focus on execution, delivery, and customer impact.
