About Role
We are looking for a State and Local Tax Manager to manage and facilitate the accurate preparation and filing of our company’s state and federal income/franchise tax forms.

Job Responsibilities
A- This position will be responsible for managing state and local tax matters including compliance, research, planning, incentive tax opportunities, and controversies.
B- Manage tax compliance functions with respect to the company’s state and local income tax obligations; this includes managing the outsource provider of state tax compliance and tax reporting as well as handling various state notices.
C- Analyze and organize state apportionment calculations, nexus and taxability studies.
Job Requirements
A- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
B- MS in Tax or C.P.A. preferred.
C- 5+ years of related experience required.
