Job Responsibilities
A- Creates and drives execution of strategic studio operations projects. Documents and determines how project scopes will be defined, managed, controlled, verified, and communicated to stakeholders/customers.
B- Work with company leadership and other contributors to garner information and spearhead key recurring company communications channels: weekly all-staff meeting + emails, quarterly recaps, lunch and learns, annual retreats, etc.
C- Captures internal and external best practices to advance priorities and apply. Continuously seeks out and acts on process improvement opportunities.
D- Provides regular status updates and presentations to the Leadership Team.
Job Requirements
A- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
B- Superior ability to identify and solve problems and to conduct cost-benefit analyses.
C- Working knowledge of basic business and management principles as applied to leadership technique, employee relations, policy and procedure creation and auditing, strategic planning and reporting, and change management.
D- 5+ years relevant experience (creative agency/environment experience is a plus).
