About Role
We are looking for a Technical Content Writer who will write case studies, white papers, ebooks, customer testimonials, and additional assets that will communicate to executives, and top decision-makers and customers how the Cisco Data & Analytics Office (CDAO).
1- Technical Content Writer
Full Time
Offsite, RTP, North Carolina, USA
Job Responsibilities
A- Collaborate with Cisco’s CDAO teams to develop and write key customer stories and product solutions that best illustrate the CDAO platform.
B- Interview customers, engineers, leaders to build product-focused case studies and testimonials that demonstrate how they efficiently use CDAO’s platform.
C- Collaborate with editors, video editors, product managers, engineers, and graphic designers to improve the clarity, technical correctness, and visual appeal of our videos and other assets.
D- Implement content development, review and approval process to meet project timelines by collaborating with Business Owners, and other key partners to gain approval for content.
Job Requirements
A- You are a polished writer, with samples of your work to share, with experience writing case studies, solutions briefs, or other assets technical product(s), with an enterprise executive audience in mind.
B- You have 2–4 years experience as a content writer or marketing writer in the technology space; and a Bachelors of Computer Science degree; or a relevant advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
C- You are familiar with the Data & Analytics space.
D- Ability to translate sophisticated ideas and information into organized, guided documents.
