POSITIONS: Account Manager
Contract Type: Full-Time

Scope-

We are currently recruiting for the Best Jobs In UAE to join our team at Transguard Group & Submit Your Jobs Application For UAE 2023 Account Manager In Transguard Careers Dubai.

Job Responsibility-

A- Responsible for developing the business growth of the account; Implicitly understand the commercial aspects of the contract and manage the service delivery within the boundaries of the contract.
B- Prepare a quarterly report with monthly operational data to support the review of the financial performance of the contracts in question; Investigate with the Senior Manager the reason why any expected gross profit on the contract is not met. Explore ‘management solutions’ to address the issue.
C- Conduct weekly/monthly meetings with the client to discuss deliverables and drive improvement in performance for all contracts.
D- Develop a good working relationship with the client and hold regular client meetings to ensure the smooth running of the contract.
E- Monitor the project’s service delivery performance and ensure the SLA/KPIs are met.

Job Requirements-

A- Graduation in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, FM, or Sustainability).
B- Project Management Professional approach with the communication of sensitive information.
C- Complete knowledge of troubleshooting MEP assets.
D- Develop a good working relationship with the client and hold regular client meetings to ensure the smooth running of the contract.
E- Asset management/ Asset care knowledge.
F- MEP Drawings review and interpretation.
