POSITIONS: Operations Manager-Aviation Airport Services
Contract Type: Full-Time

Scope-

Responsible to ensure all operational and administration components of your client’s portfolio are delivered on time, within the scope of the contract, in line with Transguard standard operating procedures, and will a customer service-centric approach.
To plan and coordinate managed and manpower services, drive operational efficiencies, improve service delivery, manage costs, and ensure profitable contract performance.

Job Responsibility-

A- Day-to-day management of operations in client portfolio ensuring all solutions both managed and manpower, are delivered in the scope of the commercial client contract and in line with the TG operating procedures, that revenue and costs are managed under the scope of the contract.
B- Responsible for the preparations of the monthly staff meetings and for the daily/weekly briefings with team supervisors.
C- Leads in the measuring, validating, and testing of the effectiveness of metrics that are applied by the business to assess and drive productivity optimization.
D- Develop a relationship with senior management as an authority on all operational areas, developing strong and collaborative relationships Be able to lead in meetings with the various business departments, building a reputation of trust.
E- Drive a lean culture within the team, focused on operational excellence and business performance.

Job Requirements-

A- Minimum English Language Level 5 (by Transguard Group Standards).
B- Account Management.
C- Contract Administration and Management.
D- Intermediate Computer Skills.
E- QHSE Management.
F- Supply, Risk, and Contingency Management.
