About Role
Our Radar Sensor Systems (RSS) Department has an immediate opportunity for a Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Logistics Manager (LM) who will be responsible for the overall leadership and execution of Logistics functions. The GFE LM will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the logistics team and various logistics activities to meet and exceed customer requirements.

Job Responsibilities
A- The GFE LM will develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed established service level commitments.
B- The GFE LM will serve as the liaison between RI&S and our U.S. Government partners by communicating key initiatives, deadlines, process, and improvements for the site.
C- The GFE LM oversees and supports the execution of continuous improvement of standard logistics processes relating to the safe receipt, storage, distribution, and shipment of material.
D- The GFE LM will build relationships with strategic internal customers to service the overall site needs and serve as point-of-contact for Logistics related issues on a site level.
E- The GFE LM will manage, identify, and execute succession plan for shipping and receiving of all calibration equipment.
Job Requirements
A- Minimum of 8+ years prior relevant experience as a Government Furnished Equipment Logistics Manager.
B- Manage projects in direct support of transitioning business and changing Government Furnished Equipment /Logistics needs.
C- Typically requires a Bachelor degree in a related STEM discipline such as Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related discipline. A related advanced degree is preferred but not required.
D- Experience developing functional goals and sponsoring personal and professional development of a logistics team.
E- Control Account Manager to get equipment ordered for a program.
