About Role
This role supports the Third Party and Business Continuity programs for Mortgage and Vehicle Servicing Operations. Some areas of responsibility include report development, research and root cause analysis, coordination of third party data to identify and develop new opportunities that align with our operational excellence framework. This role requires knowledge of the Third Party Program and Business Continuity Management.

Job Responsibilities
A- Candidates must also demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a bias for action.
B- Identify opportunities to reduce risk and increase third party transparency within MVSO portfolio (e.g. sourcing engagements, vendor performance, data sharing requests, insource/ outsource, etc).
C- Report on third party portfolio performance, risk status, and program management through regular governance routines.
D– Research, analyze and gather data to support business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements
A- Strong communication and problem solving skills are essential.
B- Manage business continuity testing, annual and quarterly plan updates
C– Excellent oral and written communication skills; understands audience and communicates at an appropriate level of detail.
D- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
