About Role
FedEx is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support multiple directors as part of the Global Customer Segment team. The successful candidate is expected to build, enhance, manage, and support the administrative activities for multiple directors.

Job Responsibilities
A- Maintain the schedules for multiple directors, including assisting with day-to-day and long-term prioritization.
B- Schedule all meetings and travel, including communicating relevant details to participants.
C- Ensure directors are prepared for upcoming appointments by gathering materials necessary for each meeting.
Job Requirements
A- High school diploma/GED.
B- Requires six (6) years related business experience including four (4) years as an administrative assistant.
C- Typing proficiency, PC experience and ability to use Microsoft Office software.
D- Good spelling, punctuation and basic English grammar skills.
