About Role
As the Manufacturing Microbiologist Leader you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Site’s Microbiological control program in compliance with Company and local regulations. In this role you will be keeping microbiological systems operating, meeting performance goals, and maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products.

Job Responsibilities
A- Manufacturing microbiological risk assessments across several technologies and systems within the site.
B- Regulatory & Compliance – based on risk profile, understand, coach, and execute clean design compliance with industry quality standards, cGMP requirements, P&G quality systems, and applicable P&G SOP’s.
C- Initiative and New Project support – validations, new formulation start-ups, and changes.
Job Requirements
A- Must have at least 3-5 years of experience with Quality and/or Manufacturing.
B- Strong knowledge and understanding of Good Manufacturing and Laboratory Practice.
C- Must wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes).
D- Have a bachelor’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Engineering, or other degree with relevant quality and/or manufacturing experience .
