Job Description
A- Be the main process counterpart for local stakeholders concerning market roll-outs or new functionalities in the adidas Membership Program.
B- Document the defined processes to provide transparency and sustained clarity for all stakeholders.
C- Monitor, analyze, and improve respective processes continuously.
Job Requirements
A- US Membership Team.
B- Degree or minimum 3-5+ years of relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
C- Experience with loyalty programs is a plus.
D- Experience working with stakeholders at various seniority levels as well as subject matter experts across various functions (Developers, business stakeholders, product and marketing teams, etc.).
