About Role
As a Project Management Officer for TikTok’s US Trust & Safety Strategy & Analytics team, you will have an immediate impact on our productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments among Strategy and Analytics Team. Your work supports a function that drives safety product iteration, promotes operational excellence, and optimizes systems and workflows to ensure our platform’s health.

Job Responsibilities
A- Assist and communicate with team leaders and crossfunctional partners in decision-making, program management, and project implementation, ensuring active communication and collaboration between different functions and teams
B- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
C- Lead organization all-hands, OKR discussions, goal-setting processes, leadership offsite, and team wellness programs by collaborating with management teams & XFN partners.
D- Excel at pinpointing key takeaways from noise and a strong ability to formulate action plans from ambiguity.
Job Requirements
A- Minimum BA/BS degree.
B- 5+ years experience in program management, project management, and/or business operation.
C- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Highly adept at cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
