About Role
Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation, and hotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants).

Job Responsibilities
A- Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards.
B- Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
C- Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel.
D- Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
Job Requirements
A- High School Diploma/GED.
B- Ability to multi-task.
C- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
D- Ability to exceed expectations of guests.
