About Role
The Phoenix Plant is looking for a Procurement Leader to own the purchasing and receipt of goods and services. The plant is a global producer of Metamucil, a fiber supplement that supports digestive health and lower cholesterol. We are undergoing an exciting expansion that is leading to an increased number of Purchase Orders and vendor agreements. As a result, we are centralizing the management of goods and services from individual areas at the site to one leader.
1- Site Procurement Leader
Full Time
Phoenix, Arizona, USA
Job Responsibilities
A- Oversee all Purchase Orders at the site, including the writing of major site Purchase Orders.
B- Own 60-70% of all goods and service receipts.
C- Ensure timely extension and creation of annual Purchase Orders.
D- Help troubleshoot issues with the bidding and approval processes.
Job Requirements
A- Business Degree and Accounting course work preferred.
B- Strong demonstrated collaboration skills (verbal and written) with ability to work in a team environment.
C- Technical mastery of other computer programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
D- Working knowledge of Cost of Goods and/or ability to learn quickly.
