Job Responsibilities
A- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent and determine sourcing channels effectiveness.
B- Partner with client facing recruiters to develop candidate’s success profiles.
C- Proactive sourcing of high quality professionals for key roles by utilizing multiple sourcing strategies and channels like online databases, job boards, social media sites, Boolean keyword searching, cold calling contact lists and networking.
Job Requirements
A- Expertise in negotiation, consulting and influencing senior management levels.
B- Selling and consultative abilities.
C- Multi task: manage multiple sourcing priorities.
D- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field or 5+ years of experience in lieu of the degree.
