We are looking for experienced Talent Sourcers to search, find, and engage the best strategic talent in the U.S. for multiple Intel business units.

Job Responsibilities
A- Provide an excellent candidate experience interaction, one that is personal and develops a long-term relationship with top talent.
B- Develop new sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top technical and/or sales and marketing talent.
C- Utilize multiple strategies including online databases, social media sites, Boolean keyword searching, cold calling contact lists and networking to proactively source high-quality professionals for key roles and markets.
Job Requirements
A- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience in lieu of a degree.
B- 2+ years of sourcing experience with a recruiting search firm agency or inhouse recruiting/sourcing team.
C- 2+ years of experience with three or more sourcing tools/channels to source and generate qualified candidates.
D- Experience sourcing for Manufacturing profiles.
