Job Responsibilities
A- Report into the Chief of Staff, Head of Program and Operations and act as the single point of contact for Hub UX Operations across Workspace UX and cross-functional leadership.
B- Partner with other Program and Operations Leads in Comms UX to develop and drive operational improvements that scale across teams and departments
C- Establish an operating cadence across Hub UX that enables clear decision making, and implement a scalable approach to track priorities and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for Hub UXskills..
D- Bring structure and visibility to the projects and programs in the Hub UX Portfolio, driving alignment, managing risks, and identifying resource constraints.
Job Requirements
A- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
B- 5 years of experience with UX related projects and UX design, user research, and/or user centered development tools and methodologies.
C- 5 years of program management experience within design or UX organizations.
