1- Contingent Workforce Talent Advisor

Job Responsibilities

A- Lead all stages (end to end service) of contingent worker transaction lifecycle within the Vendor Management System (VMS).
B- Build relationships with hiring managers by providing consultative solutions for their hiring needs.
C- Ensure the hiring manager is educated on program, process, service and delivery expectations.
D- Partner with the Hiring manager on the role requirements, connect with vendors on the vital roles and set up the deadlines.

Job Requirements

A- Bachelor’s Degree required.
B- 3-5+ years staffing, recruiting and operations experience.
C- Proven partner and 3rd party supplier communication.
D- MSP and VMS experience preferable.
